ACRE California

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026. Existing policy carried into this local design preview. Preview forms do not send information.

This policy explains what personal information ACRE California collects through this website and our contact and booking forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. ACRE California is operated by ACRE Agency LLC, a California limited liability company ("ACRE California," "we," "us," or "our").

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

  • When you contact us: your name and email address, plus your phone number, brokerage, and message if you include them.
  • When you request a booking: your name, email, phone number, and brokerage or company; the property address and details such as square footage, listing status, the direction the home faces, and its views; how we should access the property, including any lockbox or gate codes you share; whether the homeowner will be home; your desired shoot and launch dates; the services you select; any music link you provide; and the name you type to sign our shoot terms.

Our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site secure and working. This site does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Videos on the site are hosted by Vimeo and load with Vimeo's do-not-track setting turned on.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your messages and questions.
  • To schedule, prepare for, and deliver your shoot, including sharing property access details with the team members assigned to it.
  • To send confirmations, updates, and invoices about your booking.
  • To keep a record of the shoot terms you agreed to and of the work we did for you.
  • To protect the site and our forms against spam and misuse.
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We'll only send you marketing emails if you ask for them, and every one will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with people and companies that help us run ACRE California, and only so they can do that work. These currently include:

  • Formspree, which receives and stores our form submissions.
  • Slack, where our team is notified of new inquiries and bookings.
  • Resend, which delivers our confirmation emails.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
  • Vimeo, which hosts the videos on this site.
  • The email, scheduling, invoicing, and payment services we use to run the business.
  • The photographers, videographers, and editors who work on your shoot.

We may also share information with our professional advisors, when the law requires it, or with a buyer or successor if our business is reorganized or sold. We don't share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then we delete them. Property access details are only needed for your shoot. You can ask us to delete them once your media has been delivered.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and limit access to the people who need it. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@acrecalifornia.com. We'll confirm your request and respond within 45 days. We may need to keep some information to finish a booking you've requested or to meet a legal obligation, and we'll tell you if that applies.

California residents have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what we collect and the right to have it deleted or corrected. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We don't track visitors across other websites, and we don't sell or share personal information, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends one. We don't allow other companies to collect information about your browsing across websites through this site.

Children

This site is meant for real estate professionals and property owners. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll also let current clients know by email.
