These terms apply to your use of this website and to any booking request you make through it. ACRE California is operated by ACRE Agency LLC, a California limited liability company ("ACRE California," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse the site and use our forms to contact us or request a shoot. Please don't misuse it. That includes submitting false information, sending spam through our forms, trying to disrupt or overload the site, or copying it with automated tools.
Our work and content
The photographs, films, and other content on this site are protected by copyright and belong to ACRE California, our creators, or the clients who allowed us to show them. You may view our pages and share links to them, but you may not download, copy, or reuse our images or videos without our written permission.
The ACRE name and logos are trademarks and may not be used without permission.
Booking requests
Submitting the booking form sends us a request. Your shoot is booked once we confirm the date with you. If your preferred date isn't available, we'll offer the closest alternative.
Prices shown in the booking form are estimates based on the square footage and services you select. We'll confirm your final price when we confirm your booking.
Every shoot is governed by our Shoot Terms & Conditions, which you review and sign as part of the booking form. They are reproduced below for reference. If anything in these Terms of Service conflicts with the Shoot Terms & Conditions you signed, the Shoot Terms & Conditions control for your shoot.
Other services
This site uses outside services, such as Vimeo for video and Formspree for our forms. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their sites or services.
Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ACRE California won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our responsibilities for shoots and media are set out in the Shoot Terms & Conditions.
